TV update: Oregon St (VS), UCLA (ABC)

Today, ABC announced that it will televise the Cal-UCLA game on Oct. 20 with a 12:30pm kickoff. The game should have regional coverage similar to the Oregon game.

And, if you missed the news last week, the Oregon State game will be televised by Versus on Saturday at 4pm.

Stroughter out

It appears Oregon State’s leading receiver from last season, Sammie Stroughter, will be out for the season. This is a bit of a disappointment to me, as he is currently OSU’s second-leading receiver, and would make the game much more competitive for the 14-point favorite Bears.
